Delete your CombatPass account

You can delete your CombatPass account at any time from inside the app. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. Open the app at app.combatpass.com.au and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in.
• Your profile details, being name, phone, date of birth, address, emergency contact, any medical or injury notes you entered, and your profile photo.
• Your bookings and class history.
• Your credit balance and credit history, and unspent credits are lost and are not refunded.
• Any reviews you have written.
• Your membership is cancelled straight away so you are not billed again.

What we keep

Records of payments, which Australian tax and financial record-keeping law requires us to hold. These sit with our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

We also keep gym payout records, which show that a visit happened but not who you are.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@combatpass.com.au from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
