Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Combat Pass website, app and services ("Services"). Combat Pass is operated from Sydney, Australia. By creating an account, purchasing a membership or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Combat Pass account. Members under 18 require a parent or guardian to agree to these Terms on their behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. The Combat Pass service

Combat Pass provides a single membership that gives members access to a network of independent partner gyms across Sydney. Combat Pass is a platform — we are not the operator of the gyms or the provider of the classes. Each gym is independently owned and responsible for the services it delivers, including instruction, premises, equipment and safety standards.

4. Memberships and credits

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
• Credits, classes and entitlements are valid only within the period stated in your plan.
• Availability at any specific gym is subject to that gym's schedule, capacity and rules.
• We may add or remove partner gyms from the network at any time.

5. Payments, billing and cancellation

Membership fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. You can cancel your membership at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

6. Conduct at partner gyms

When attending a partner gym you agree to:

• Follow the gym's house rules, safety instructions and coach directions.
• Disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may affect your ability to train safely.
• Treat coaches, staff and other members with respect.
• Not attend while under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs.

Combat Pass and partner gyms reserve the right to refuse entry or suspend access for breach of these standards.

7. Assumption of risk

Combat sports and martial arts training involve inherent physical risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in classes booked through Combat Pass, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new training programme.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Combat Pass website and app — including the brand, logos, design, text and software — is owned by Combat Pass or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Combat Pass is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services or attendance at a partner gym. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the relevant Service or refunding the fees paid for it.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services or pose a safety risk to others. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Combat Pass submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
