1. Who we are

Combat Pass ("we", "us", "our") is based in Sydney, Australia. We operate the Combat Pass platform that connects members with combat sports and martial arts gyms across Sydney. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following types of personal information:

• Your profile details: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, home address and suburb, your emergency contact's name, phone number and relationship to you, any medical conditions or injuries you choose to tell us about, and your profile photo if you upload one.
• Account information including login credentials and preferences.
• Membership and training data such as gyms visited, classes attended and credits used.
• Payment information processed through our third-party payment providers (we do not store full card details).
• Technical data such as device type, browser, IP address and usage analytics.
• Information you provide when contacting support or signing up as a partner gym.

3. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• Provide, operate and improve the Combat Pass service.
• Verify your identity and manage your membership.
• Share necessary check-in information with partner gyms when you train.
• Process payments and send receipts.
• Send service updates, product news and marketing (you can opt out at any time).
• Comply with legal, regulatory and safety obligations.

4. Sharing your information

We share limited personal information with partner gyms when you book or check in to a class. When you do, that gym can see your name, your membership status, your phone number, and your bookings and attendance at that gym only. Gyms cannot see your date of birth, home address, emergency contact or medical notes — those are visible only to you and to CombatPass staff.

Partner gyms can also tell us about you. A gym's staff can keep private notes about members who have booked with them, and can report a safety concern about a member to Combat Pass. A safety report is seen only by Combat Pass staff and the gym that made it, and we never share it with other gyms. We use reports to keep training safe: we may contact you about one, and we may pause bookings on your account while we look into it.

Gyms you've trained at can also leave a review of you: a star rating and a short comment about how you train. Every partner gym you book with can see these reviews, and so can you, under Profile > Reviews from gyms in the app. We tell you when a gym reviews you. If you think a review is unfair, report it from there and we'll look at it within 24 hours, and we may take it down.

We also use trusted third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email and payment processing.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers in Singapore, and our email provider processes messages in Japan. By using Combat Pass you consent to your personal information being stored and processed overseas. We use encryption, access controls and regular reviews to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can also opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any email. 7. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

8. Children

Combat Pass is not intended for children under 16. Where memberships are organised for minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and manage the account.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version.
